FAQ

LLC’s standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 1,000 units per design for custom paper boxes, paper bags, and other paper packaging projects. The final MOQ is determined by the box style, dimensions, material, printing method, finishing requirements, and production setup.

Different packaging structures and finishes may require different production layouts, material usage, and converting processes. As a result, MOQ may vary even when the order quantities appear similar. For smaller trial orders or sample-related requirements, LLC can review the project individually based on the confirmed specifications.

To receive an accurate MOQ recommendation, please provide the packaging dimensions, structure, materials, finishing requirements, and estimated order volume when submitting an inquiry.

How do you support stable supply for long-term projects?

For long-term customers, we can develop production forecasts, plan material procurement, and arrange scheduled or partial deliveries. Monthly or quarterly purchasing forecasts help us improve material planning and production stability.

How far in advance should seasonal orders be placed?

For Christmas, Easter, Black Friday, and other peak-season projects, we recommend starting the project at least 6–10 weeks in advance. Additional time should be reserved for design confirmation, sampling, production, and international transportation.

Do you provide spare pieces with the order?

A reasonable number of spare pieces may be provided depending on the order quantity, product type, and production conditions. Any specific overrun, underrun, or spare-piece requirement should be agreed in the purchase order or contract.

Can different products be consolidated into one shipment?

Yes. Different products can be consolidated into one shipment when their production schedules, packing methods, and shipping conditions are compatible. Separate carton markings and packing-list details can be prepared as required.

Can multiple designs be combined in one order?

Multiple designs may be combined when they use the same dimensions, structure, material, and production process. However, each design may still have a minimum quantity, and additional plate or setup charges may apply.

Can we change the artwork after placing the order?

Artwork changes may be possible before printing plates, materials, or production have been arranged. Changes requested after production preparation has started may result in additional costs, material loss, and delivery delays.

Can you provide a pre-production sample for approval?

Yes. A pre-production sample can be arranged when required. Mass production will begin after the customer has approved the structure, dimensions, artwork, colors, materials, and finishing details.

Can tooling charges be refunded or deducted?

For certain order quantities or long-term projects, tooling charges may be deducted, refunded, or waived by prior agreement. The arrangement must be confirmed before sampling or order placement.

Are printing plates and die-cutting tools charged separately?

Customized orders may require separate charges for printing plates, die-cutting tools, or other production tooling. The cost depends on the box dimensions, structure, printing colors, and manufacturing process.

How long is your quotation valid?

Our quotations are generally valid for 15–30 days. The validity period may vary depending on paper prices, exchange rates, material availability, and freight costs. The final price should be reconfirmed when the order is placed.

How do you maintain consistency for repeat orders?

We retain approved artwork, dielines, material specifications, color references, and production records. If a material, supplier, or production process needs to be changed, we will communicate with the customer before production.
