FAQ

Do you offer OEM and private-label packaging services?

Yes. We provide OEM and customized packaging services. Customers can customize the dimensions, structure, material, artwork, logo, colors, finishing, and packing method under their own brand.

Can you manufacture packaging according to our compliance requirements?

Yes. Please provide the target market, product application, contact conditions, and applicable regulations or standards. We will evaluate the paper, ink, coating, adhesive, and production requirements accordingly.

Can you provide material specifications or test reports?

Yes. Available material specifications, supplier declarations, or relevant test reports can be provided according to the selected material and project requirements. Additional or customized testing may involve extra charges and lead time.

Can you print barcodes, QR codes, and variable data?

Yes. We can print barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, batch information, and other variable data. Customers should provide the correct data format, coding rules, and verification requirements before production.

Can you arrange compression, drop, or transportation tests?

Basic performance checks can be carried out according to project requirements. Third-party compression, drop, vibration, or transportation testing can also be arranged based on the applicable standard, with additional cost and testing time where necessary.

Can you test the packaging with our actual product?

Yes. Customers may send us product samples for fitting, loading, and structural testing. This helps us verify internal dimensions, material thickness, box strength, and the overall packing experience.

What dimensional tolerance should we expect?

Dimensional tolerance varies according to the material, structure, size, and production process. For products with strict fitting or assembly requirements, we recommend providing the actual product or precise technical dimensions for testing before mass production.

How many colors can you print?

We can produce CMYK full-color printing, Pantone spot-color printing, and combinations of process and spot colors. Special effects such as metallic colors or white ink must be evaluated according to the substrate and production process.

What printing methods do you offer?

We mainly use offset printing for customized paper packaging. Digital printing is available for certain samples and small trial quantities. The appropriate printing method will be recommended according to the order volume, artwork, and color requirements.

Do you support repeat orders and long-term supply?

Yes. We can retain approved artwork, dielines, material specifications, color references, and production records to support repeat orders. Long-term customers can also discuss production forecasts and scheduled delivery arrangements with us.

Can you store finished goods for us?

Short-term storage may be available depending on warehouse capacity, product type, and order quantity. The storage period, quantity, handling requirements, and any applicable fees should be confirmed before production.

Can you keep our packaging design confidential?

Yes. We respect customer intellectual property and project confidentiality. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed when required, and customer artwork, structures, and commercial information will not be shared without authorization.
